Description

The panhandlers in front of Bloor Superfresh are aggressive and verbally abuse passersby. Why are they permitted to panhandle in that location? My wife crosses the street to avoid them everyday, except now they also sit in front of Kinkos as well. The police do not seem to respond to any calls to deal with the issue. Can they not be forced to leave the area?
