Description

Drinking Fountain in the children's parks has been broken for at least a year. It is clogged and the birds now use it as a bird bath. Someone has put out a safety cone where the water is pooling up on the ground. It is impossible to keep the kids from playing in the dirty water. Please help. This park need some upgrading as it is being heavily used by the neighborhood families and travelers to the Island Airport.
