Description
Cyclists are directed to ride in the centre of the (single) lane on a steep downgrade. Cars will be frustrated by having to stay behind slower cyclists, and cars that skid when braking due to rain/ice/snow may still have enough speed to rear-end the cyclists. This creates highly dangerous conditions for cyclists.
Cyclists should either have a separate bike lane (preferable), or be directed to walk their bikes on the existing pedestrian path.
