Description

Roadwork for about a month on St Clair south side just west of Yonge-St Clair intersection has had one lane closed. Now the lane is open but the rubber pylons to block traffic are stored on the sidewalk, precisely at an the narrowest part. 100s of people walk by each hour of workdays, and can't go better than one-at-a-time. The sidewalk is narrow from a protrusion of the sports bar Scallywags, probably an old building title issue. Pylons are marked Property of Stinson with phone 905-669-2360. I don't know if the roadwork is for the City of Toronto or TTC (streetcar) but the people who walk St Clair are now inconvenienced and even endangered by needed to walk on the road in traffic because of the pylons sidewalk blockage. I uploaded a picture from near the corner of Yonge & St Clair. I have two others that I couldn't upload - from just west and close-up saying "Property of Stinson 905-669-2360". If you want them aw well to choose from, please email me a fixer email address and I will send them. I will try to open a new report file for the other pictures.
