Description

TTC needs to repair the road surrounding the air shaft closest to Dupont St on Spadina Rd. Instead, it has put a metal plate on top of a section of the shaft which vibrates under the weight of trucks and buses causing an intolerable amount of noise. This noise is at a frequency that can not be blocked by earplugs and is heard throughout our home, day and worse ALL NIGHT. This needs to be repaired URGENTLY.

I have contacted the TTC through a variety of methods: Twitter, by phone, by email and speaking to the station agents, including the Duty Station Manager, Sho. So far, no fix.
