Before XYZ asks: I also called 203.946.6316 because of the downed wire. As with almost everyone one of my experiences with that department, they were condescending and dismissive. If I was not in the business of civic reporting I would have given up on calling that number years ago. I have no idea whether an officer is being sent or not.
