High level of cigarette tobacco use daty and night in front of businesses and residency hotels. Most of the cigarette smoking is directly facilitated by people working at these businesses. Enforcing restriction on outdoor seating cigarette use is necessary. It might also make sense to provide a mobile smoker van for dispatch for people with no designated smoking area. This is a workable compromise enacted elsewhere ( Venice Beach, California.)
