Heading north on Broadview in the curb lane you make the turn on to O'Connor Dr. (with solid white lane markers indicating no lane changes shortly before and after the turn) and immediately enter into a parking zone (while still in a no lane change zone). While it is not a turn that can be made safely at speed, this is still a dangerous situation. How could a city worker put up a sign that allows parking in this area that is so obviously close to the corner and is also inside the no lane change zone.
